The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • What is your general policy?
    All estimates are valid for only 7 days. Services may be subject to a travel fee assessed by customer's location. All parts transactions are subject to FL state sales tax (6%). Services may require a 50% deposit or cost of parts due at the time of scheduling/booking.
  • What is your evaluation/diagnostic fee policy?
    If recommended repair is performed or scheduled, the evaluation/diagnostic fee will be credited in full to the resulting repair.
  • What is your warranty policy?
    Applied 30 day/1000 mile warranty on all labor performed by SC Automotive Solutions, LLC Tampering, neglect, and abuse by customer or other parties are not covered under applied warranty. Services performed outside of SC Automotive Solutions, LLC are not covered under applied warranty. After applied warranty period, as stated above, work performed by SC Automotive Solutions, LLC is no longer covered. SC Automotive Solutions, LLC will only complete work, as scheduled. Failed parts/systems not related to work performed by SC Automotive Solutions, LLC are not covered under applied warranty.
  • What is your parts policy?
    SC Automotive Solutions, LLC will assume any warranty applied by manufacturer of part provided by SC Automotive Solutions, LLC. SC Automotive Solutions, LLC will replace any wrong part/material provided by SC Automotive Solutions, LLC. SC Automotive Solutions, LLC will not be held liable for failed parts/materials not supplied by the aforementioned. Failed parts deemed not returnable by manufacturer will not be replaced. Failed parts/systems not related to work performed by SC Automotive Solutions, LLC are not covered.

Billing & Pricing

Entering into a service agreement with SC Automotive Solutions, LLC. assumes you have read and agree with the above policies.

Payments Accepted

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Venmo

  • Mastercard

  • Visa

  • American Express

  • Zelle

All payments are due at the time of service. 

Cancellation Policy

  • Deposits are Non-Refundable unless there is a scheduling conflict on behalf of SC Automotive Solutions LLC.

  • If you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask that you cancel at least 3 hours in advance. 

  • SC Automotive Solutions LLC will apply your deposit to your service if you reschedule within 7 days. Failing to do so will void the service agreement and you will be required to submit another deposit at the time of re-booking.
